Visit with the Jensen's!

It has been WAY too long since I have seen my second family the Jensen's ( two and a half years!). I was so excited to see them!  I can't believe how fast time goes by......Rachel has two kids, Jared is married and Adam is engaged.  Crazy!  Here are just a few shots from our visit.

Maddie went to bed so late every night and she just couldn't stay up any more!
Makenna was just loving Kyle (Rachel's husband).
                                                                         I miss Rachel!
Linda is holding Luke (Sabrina and Matt's baby) and Sabrina is holding Rachel's baby Rome.
                                                                       Good ol' Adam!
Jared's wife ( I can't remember her name!) and Rachel (and Makenna of course!)
Jared, Spencer and Dallin playing football.
Maddie and Aibree (Rachel's daughter) just loved playing together.
And I couldn't leave out my darling Emma playing in the baby swing!

Temples Around the World - St. George Temple

Last year we took a trip to St. George and took the girls to see the temple.  When we saw how much the girls loved being there, the idea came to Jacob to take them to as many temples as we could.  So this is where it all started! And, since I never did an actual post about it, here it is!  We stopped again and had a picnic in front of the temple and then took a few more pictures.  I was pregnant with Makenna in the last pictures so we wanted to take some with her in them.

Temples Around the World - Provo Temple

Once again, the Provo Temple was closed on our trip (they were cleaning a lot of temples that week) but we had also already been to this one.  So we got lucky! But we stopped to get our picture and enjoy it for a few minutes.

Temples Around the World - Bountiful Temple

We visited 5 of the temples in one day and this was our last stop for that day.  Needless to say, it had been a long day and we were pretty anxious to get back to where we were staying.  I think the picture of me with the girls sums it up pretty well. But of course the Bountiful temple was just as beautiful as the rest and we were happy to see it!

Temples Around the World - Jordan River Temple

Our next stop was the Jordan River Temple.  It was only 4 miles away from Oquirrh Mountain!  It is crazy to me that the temples in Utah can be so close together.  Deborah and I got to go inside this one together and we were both surprised to see escalators inside!  I have seen many temples with elevators but I have never seen one with an escalator.  We also both thought that the decor inside seemed to be reminiscent of the 70's and when I got home I looked it up and it was dedicated in 1981.....so we were right!
