Halloween!

We had a lot of fun on Halloween as usual!  We had the Eatherly's join us this year for chili and then trick or treating.  We also went with our neighbors and got a lot of candy in just a short time!  I really love our neighborhood and how almost everyone participates.  My kids costumes were adorable and I had: Mal from Descendants, Batgirl, Shimmer from Shimmer and Shine and a little firefighter!

Decorating Pumpkins

This year we got Boo'd (treats left on our doorstep) with some awesome decorations for pumpkins.  So instead of carving pumpkins (which I am not good at!), we got to decorate them instead and the kids loved it!!  It was so much easier and a lot of fun and they looked so cute on my porch!

Red Ribbon Week!

Red Ribbon Week and I have a love/hate relationship.  I love that the kids get to have fun and do crazy things for school but it is a lot of work!  Thank goodness our neighbor Mandee totally saved me this week!!!  She completely planned the hair for everyone and helped me with the dress up day. We had crazy hair day, pajama day (not pictured) and Dress Like Your Favorite Book Character.  Emma was Athena the goddess, Madison was Fancy Nancy and Makenna was Pinkalicious.

Elder Heward Visit

Elder Heward is definitely one of our favorite missionaries that we have had.  Every once in awhile we get to go and meet him and take him out to dinner.  We love Elder Heward!

I always need to include a post that shows some random pictures that are too cute not to share!

Awards and New Teachers!

Madison and Makenna both received awards this month!  They are both doing really great in school and Kenna even got an award with her bestie Tatum.  Madison had a bit of a change when her teacher had to leave school for awhile and she got new teachers!  She is now in a class with Mrs. Christensen and Mrs. Street.  We really like her new teachers so we know it is going to be a great year!
