4th of July

This year we had our 4th of July celebration at MB and Nathan's house.  It was so much fun swimming ALL DAY in their brand new pool.  My girls had fun playing with some new friends and we were able to watch the fireworks from their backyard.  By the time we got home, it was 10:00 pm and my girls were pooped!!  I was trying to get Maddie to go to the bathroom while I put Makenna in bed and this is how I found her.  I can't help but post this so I can have it in my book to use as blackmail when she starts dating!!  Too hilarious!

Emma learns to ride a bike!

Emma hit a milestone this week and learned to ride her bike without training wheels.  Thanks to Uncle Keith and his brilliant techniques!  We kept raising her training wheels until they were pretty much off the ground and then it was super easy when we took them off.  She jumped on and took right off without any problems!  We are really proud of her! (We had to throw a picture of Maddie in there, too!)
