Makenna's 6th Birthday!

We celebrated Makenna's 6th birthday with a pool party, pizza and icecream!!  It was a lot of fun to get together with friends and swim and have fun.  Here are 10 things about Kenna:

1. She still loves all things pig related and that includes anything Peppa Pig.
2. She still loves to dress up and recently has decided that Belle is her new favorite princess to dress up as.
3. She and Lincoln are the best of friends and the worst of enemies depending on the day.  :)
4. She insists on wearing dresses 6 days out of the week.
5. Tatum is her BFF and they love being neighbors.
6. Her favorite meal is still meatballs and she asks for them all of the time!
7. She started having seizures this year and has figured out how to do the medicine all by herself.
8. She loves her curly hair and thinks she is my twin because we have matching hair.
9. She loves to cut and staple pretty much anything.
10. She is my sweetheart that loves to come and cuddle with me and dad!

School Dance

The kids insisted that we attend the Hawaiian Back to School Dance.  So we went as a family and had a lot of fun! They had a picture booth set up and I think the kids spent most of the time there.

First Day of School!

We had another great first day of school!!  Emma is starting 5th grade with Miss Baker, Madison is in 3rd grade with Dr. Stogner, and Makenna is in 1st grade with Mrs. Berton. 

Fun with Uncle Nathan and Aunt MB

Uncle Nathan and Aunt MB decided it would be fun to have a special date/sleepover with all of the girls.  They split it up and took Emma for a few days and then took Madison and Kenna together for a few days.  The girls loved it!  Emma got to go and visit the Natural History Museum, swim in the pool and watch movies.  Madison and Kenna enjoyed visiting Castle Park and swimming.  They will definitely want to do this again next summer!!!
