The Draper temple was probably my next favorite temple (after Manti) just because I think the day was so beautiful that the pictures almost look fake. I love to see the temple!

Temples Around the World - Provo City Tabernacle Temple
Our next stop on our trip was the new Provo City Tabernacle temple. It is obviously still being built but I was excited to see it. For those who don't know, this building was built back when Brigham Young was in the city. When I went to BYU, it was being used as a church building and I frequently had Stake Conference there. When a large portion of it burned down last year, the first presidency decided to build it back up as a temple. So cool!
Temples Around the World - Manti Temple
In order to visit the Manti temple, we had to go a little out of our way since it is in the middle of nowhere in Utah. But Jacob insisted because out of the operating temples, it was the third one built (1888). I am so glad that we did! It is by far our favorite temple that we have seen so far. It is so beautiful and looks like a castle! In fact, all four of us (Me, Jacob, Deborah and Grandma) took turns doing an ordinace in this temple so we could see how beautiful it was on the inside. I couldn't believe how much detail there was inside the temple given they did everything by hand to build it. So beautiful!!

Family Reunion in Utah!
This year we had a wonderful Bock family reunion in Utah and it was so much fun!! We stayed at Jacob's cousin's house (Shelaine and Derek) and they just built a beautiful 12,000 square foot house. The picture below shows everyone at the reunion and we all stayed comfortably in the same house! I will just tell you that the house has 8 bathrooms, like 10 rooms, 2 drinking fountains and a slide inside. The backyard was huge with a lot of fun features so it kept our kids really busy! They would wake up around 7:30 am and we would hardly see them until they went to bed around 10:30 pm/ (They stayed up so late but it was vacation!) We LOVED getting to know everybody better and just couldn't have had more fun!! Jacob's other cousin, RaDawn, is an amazing photographer and so she took all of our pictures. We don't have them back yet but here is a sneak peek! We also took the time to continue our Temples Around the World since Utah has so many so be prepared to see a lot of posts about those!
