New Job with Inspire

I am excited to begin a new career with Inspire Charter Schools.  We had our staff retreat in Palm Springs and Amy and I laughed that one of the restaurants at the hotel was named CAVA.  So naturally, we ate there!

Moving Grandma Jones

Well the day has finally come!  Grandma Jones has officially moved out of her house and into a retirement community near me.  I got to drive one of the uhauls which was a first for me and one that I don't want to do again! It was hard to leave our childhood home but we are thankful we found a wonderful place for Grandma!

Date Night!

Jacob and I took a date night to a really cool movie theater.  We got to order dinner and dessert while we watched the movie.  We also sat in comfy, reclining seats.  Definitely the coolest movie theater we have ever been to!

Drive In!!

We love the opportunity to take the kids to the drive in.  This time we saw Finding Dory and we loved it as always!

Fun with Friends

We have the best neighbors and we love getting to play and do fun things with them.  Tatum and Vaughn invited the girls to eat some donuts and play on the slip n slide.  So fun!

4th of July

This year the 4th of July was bitter sweet.....it was our last hurrah at Grandma Jones's house!  We enjoyed swimming in her pool one last time.

Holly's Wedding

My good friend Holly from my first year of teaching at Lake Mathews got married!  We were so excited to go to her wedding and celebrate with her.  It was also fun reuniting with some of my friends that I used to teach with. Congrats Holly and Cole!
